yellit publishes video and images to social platforms on your behalf. You connect your accounts once; after that you can publish from a command-line tool or from this site.

1. Using yellit

You need an account, and you need to connect at least one Instagram, YouTube, or X account before you can publish. You are responsible for keeping your login and your API tokens secret; anyone holding an API token can publish as you.

You must be old enough to use Instagram, YouTube, and X in your country, and you must own or be authorised to manage the accounts you connect.

2. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to everything you publish through yellit. You grant us only the narrow, temporary permission needed to do the job: to store your media briefly, to transmit it to the platforms you selected, and to publish it there on your behalf. That permission ends when the post completes.

We do not use your content for any other purpose — not advertising, not promotion, not training machine learning models.

3. What you may not publish

Everything you publish through yellit lands on Instagram, YouTube, or X, and their rules apply in full. On top of that, do not use yellit to publish:

You are responsible for what you post. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules or that puts our platform access at risk.

4. Automation limits

yellit publishes only in response to an explicit action you take — clicking Publish, or running a publish command. It does not schedule posts, does not post on a timer, and does not generate content. Do not attempt to use the API to circumvent any platform's rate limits or automation policies.

5. Service availability

yellit is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. It depends on the Instagram, YouTube, and X APIs, which change, rate-limit, and fail outside our control. A publish can fail on one platform and succeed on another; yellit reports each platform's outcome separately rather than pretending otherwise.

Note that YouTube uploads from an API project that has not completed Google's audit are forced to private visibility by YouTube. That is a Google restriction, not a yellit setting, and yellit will tell you when it applies.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time; see deleting your data. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, or if we stop operating the service. If we shut down, we will give reasonable notice to the email on your account.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yellit is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or content published in error. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and emailed to the address on your account. Continuing to use yellit after a change means you accept it.
