Support
Email support@useyellit.com. It is read by a person, and we aim to reply within two business days. There is no phone line and no chat widget — one monitored address is what we can actually keep up with.
If you are writing about a publish that went wrong, include the job id from the result and which platform failed. That is usually enough to find it without any further questions.
Common questions
I have no password. How do I sign in?
There is no password to have. Enter your email address on the sign-in page and we send you a link that signs you in when you open it. The link is good for fifteen minutes and works once. Nothing to remember, and nothing for us to leak.
If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write to us — a link we cannot deliver is a problem on our end, not yours.
My account says it is on a waiting list.
yellit is in limited access while the platform audits are outstanding. Each platform caps how many accounts an unaudited app may serve, so places are added by hand as they free up. Signing up puts you in the queue and we email you when a place opens. An invite code skips the queue.
My uploads keep coming out private, even though I chose public.
That is a platform restriction, not a setting you have missed. Until an integration has passed the platform's own audit, YouTube and TikTok can force every upload made through it to private regardless of what was requested. The post really did publish — it is on your account, visible to you — and yellit shows a warning saying so rather than reporting a plain success. It becomes public when the audit clears, or if you change the visibility yourself on the platform.
One platform failed and the others worked. Is that expected?
Yes, and it is deliberate. Each destination is published independently and reports its own outcome, so a rejection from one never rolls back or hides the others. Retry the one that failed rather than the whole post — the successful ones are already live, and publishing again would duplicate them.
Something is asking me to reconnect an account.
Platform tokens expire, and revoking yellit from a platform's own settings
invalidates ours immediately. Reconnecting from your accounts page replaces
the stored credential. From the terminal, yellit doctor lists
every connection that needs it.
How do I get my data out, or delete it?
Disconnect a single account, or delete the whole account and everything attached to it, from your settings page. The steps are written out on deleting your data, including how to revoke yellit from each platform's own settings if you cannot sign in here.
Who operates yellit?
Parts Supplies and Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The privacy policy names our processors and where data is stored; the terms cover the rest.
Reporting a security problem
Write to support@useyellit.com with "security" in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and please give us a chance to fix it before publishing. We will confirm we received it, and tell you when it is resolved.
